LG Premier Pro LTE was last updated to Android 8.1 Oreo. After the software update, the old FRP bypass method doesn’t work. The earlier security exploit is fixed and the “Switch access” button is removed from the Accessibility page.
Now, we are going to use a new and easier method to bypass the Google verification without using a computer.
The Factory Reset Protection (FRP) is activated when you reset the device via recovery mode. You need to verify with the previously synced Google account to reach the LG Premier Pro home screen.
Follow the below troubleshooting guide to land on the Premier Pro LTE home screen in a few minutes –
I forgot the lock screen pattern on my Premier Pro LTE. I had to reset the device using the volume down & power buttons.
After the factory data reset, I landed on the “Welcome” screen of the setup wizard.
Hit the arrow to begin the device setup.
Now, connect your LG Premier Pro device to a Wi-Fi network and click “NEXT”.
After checking for updates, it brought me to the “Copy apps & data” page.
Hit “Set up as new” to proceed further.
Now, we have reached the screen lock verification page. We either need the correct pattern or the last-synced Google account to bypass this screen.
Let’s use the latest 2022 method to get past the FRP lock on Premier Pro LTE without PC –

Now, tap the “Wifi button” and the “NEXT” button at the same time. On clicking both the keys together you’ll reach the “Date and time” screen.
You’ll be able to achieve this in a few tries.
Click “NEXT” on the “Date & time” screen to move ahead.
Again tap “NEXT” on the “Name” screen.
Choose “No, thanks” on the “Add your fingerprint” page and hit “NEXT”.
Choose “SKIP ANYWAY” to reach the “Protect your Phone” screen.
Let’s use this page to add a new Pattern, PIN, or Password.
This new lock will replace the old screen lock pattern.
I would like to add a PIN. Let’s set the PIN code.
Choose “No, thanks” on the “Secure start-up” page and select “NEXT”.
Now, we have reached the “Set PIN” screen.
I’m adding 1234 as the new PIN code. Enter the code and click “NEXT”.
Re-enter the code 1234 and hit “OK”.
We have successfully replaced the old screen lock pattern with the new PIN code 1234
After changing the lock, we are on the Google services screen.
“ACCEPT” the Google services terms and conditions.
Now, I’ve reached the “Set Internet Connection” screen.
Turn on Wifi internet and click “NEXT”.
Choose “Set up as new” on the “Copy apps & data” page.
Now, we have reached the screen lock verification screen. You can see the pattern lock is replaced with a PIN lock.
Verify with the PIN code 1234 and tap “OK”.
We have successfully bypassed the Google account verification.
Use the skip option to bypass the Google account sign-in.
Follow the on-screen prompts to keep moving ahead.
Skip the fingerprint set up and accept the Google services terms and conditions.
Now, tick the “I agree” checkbox on the “Legal Documents” page and hit “DONE” to finish the setup wizard.
We have successfully landed on the LG Premier Pro LTE home screen thus bypassing the Google account.
